Unveiling a Refined and Versatile Space

This commercial project, located in the coveted CBD area of Beijing, stands out for its advantageous geographical location and 50-year property rights. What sets it apart is its adaptable use function, allowing it to be transformed for residential or commercial purposes, or even as a high-end private board of directors for clubs and enterprises. This flexibility ensures that the space can be modified to meet the needs of different scenarios.

The design of The Crown of Avenue Sales Center is a fusion of traditional Chinese aesthetics and contemporary fashion. By incorporating traditional symbols and modern design elements, the space achieves a harmonious balance between the old and the new. The result is a vibrant and sophisticated atmosphere that reflects the rich cultural heritage of China.

Key features of the design include a rockery at the entrance, abstract mountain-like flakes on the walls, and the use of light gray Lanting preface stone on the ground. These elements, along with bamboo forests and mountain-like leather sculptures, create a scene reminiscent of the ancient literati's elegant collection. The design team aimed to evoke a sense of tranquility and artistic appreciation, without overwhelming the space.

The Crown of Avenue Sales Center spans a total area of 950 square meters, with varying heights ranging from 3.2 meters to 7.95 meters. The project commenced in April 2018 and was completed in May 2019, showcasing the team's dedication and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Despite the challenges faced during the design process, such as limited budget constraints and the absence of historical references, the team successfully created a space that captures the essence of the literati's elegant collection. Through careful research, association, and creative thinking, they were able to bring the concept to life.

The Crown of Avenue Sales Center, with its refined atmosphere and artistic ambiance, invites visitors to immerse themselves in a space that sparks imagination and contemplation. This project, awarded the Bronze A' Design Award for Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design in 2019, exemplifies the fusion of art, design, and technology, contributing to an enhanced quality of life.
